 I feel great....relieved (in a way), did my writing this morning and it was mainly ideas for presentations, projects, marketing and joint ventures and some about how sparkling I feel......

I feel inwardly happy and free as if I've been released from some confining, constricting pressure...almost as if I haven't been able to breath fuly and now I've taken a deep, full breath for the first time in years....words are a close approximation to the actual feeling.  

Thanks for your powerful work, it has truly resulted in a seismic shift of my perceptions, beliefs, sense of well being and connectedness with myself....as if I'm getting to know myself again...for the first time.

Dearest Irit,

I wanted to thank you for the experience we shared in our hypnotic therapy session last week.  I came to you for help with an issue I had with returning to the work force after many years of full time motherhood.  After you conducted a long survey of questions about many different aspects of my life during my childhood, my past, my present and my future plans and desires; I decided on a goal for the session, we began the hypnosis in a light calming way...., A relaxing journey with you as a comforting guide.  The session was very insightful, we did great work together.  I found you to be a wonderful guide that was attentive and responsive to my needs and direction of my journey.  During the session I felt calm but still was able to processes emotions and issues that I needed to.  When the session ended, I felt I had a successful and productive therapeutic session.  I was able to condense allot of my feelings into a short period and process it through the session.  I returned home feeling refreshed and calm.  The following week, I found myself still processing the session.

I want to thank you for your great help and insightful journey that helped me process some of my deepest feelings.

 I did take a walk that ended up being over an hour and just felt wonderfully peaceful and at times as if I were in another dimension.
